The product I want is sold out, what can I do?

Unfortunately, the product you are visiting our webshop for may be sold out. If you have any questions about whether and when the product will be back in stock, please contact us at contact@vehlea.com

What size should I choose if I am unsure?

If you are unsure of what size you may be, choose the size up.

My question is not listed, what now?

If we were unable to answer your question, please feel free to contact us. You can do so via the contact page or send an email to contact@vehlea.com. We will endeavor to respond within 24 hours.

How can I apply my discount code?

The discount code can be redeemed on the payment page. Enter the code on the payment page and the amount will be updated immediately.

What payment options do you offer?

You can pay with Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Apple Pay and American Express.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please send us an email at contact@vehlea.com with your order number and request. Please note, if your order has already been shipped, we’ll guide you through the return process instead.

Are price changes after I have placed my order beneficial to me?

No, all items are priced at the time of ordering. There is no subsequent price adjustment.

Will I receive an order confirmation after I place my order?

Yes, after you place your order you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. This email will contain the order summary and the delivery address.

Where can I find my order number?

You will find your order number in the confirmaiton email you received shortly after placing your order. This order number will begin with "V".

Which countries do you deliver to?

Vehlea delivers worldwide.

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery usually takes place within 7 to 13 business days. Different delivery times apply based on country. If a product is not in stock, you will be notified. If possible, the item will be reordered. This can lead to slightly longer delivery times.

How much are the shipping costs?

shipping costs at Vehlea are borne by us, you only pay for your product(s).

How can I track my order?

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email that you can use to track your order. You can also track your order via our website.

My tracking information is not available?

If your tracking is not showing yet, it probably means that your order has not been updated yet. When you receive your Track & Trace code, it may take 3-5 days for it to appear. In most cases, it will update after 1 day.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the order number. After shipping, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code that you can use to track the package. Have you not received this email or is the status of your package unclear? Please contact us at contact@vehlea.com

Return

When can I return my items?

Please send an email to contact@vehlea.com within 90 days of receiving your order and let us know that you would like to exchange one or more products. After that, we will no longer accept returns. We will send you the return form with further instructions.

We also do not accept returns on items that:

  • Have already been used
  • Are hygienically sound

How does the return process work?

Returning to us is easy. If you would like to return your items, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Message us

If you want to return your order, please send us an email to contact@vehlea.com, and we will send you a return form.

Step 2: Send your order

Send the items together with the return form to the address provided. Make sure to include a Track & Trace code on the package. As the sender of the package, you are responsible for the return package. Please note that you must return the products within 30 days of notification.

Step 3: Processing your return

After we receive your return, we will begin evaluating the returned items and processing your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used at the time of purchase, unless requested otherwise. The amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Is the return free?

No, Vehlea does not reimburse the return shipping costs incurred by the customer.

My order has already been shipped, can I still cancel it?

Once your order has been shipped, there is no way for us to get the product back. For this reason, it is not possible to cancel your order if it is already on it's way to you.

My product is broken, what should I do?

If your ordered item is defective, please contact us and provide us with the following information:

  1. A description of what is wrong with your product.
  2. Photos and/or videos showing what is wrong with your product.
  3. Your order number.

We will inspect the product. If we believe the product is not in sufficient condition, we will offer a replacement product.

Once we receive complaints about a certain product, we will investigate this information and ensure it does not happen again. We strive to provide high-quality and safe products and always thank our customers when they bring queries with a product to our attention.

What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?

Please remember to submit your return within 90 days before the return deadline. After that, we will not accept returns.

How long does a refund take?

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days.
